Can I really get a free estimate for my job?

Absolutely! We offer free estimates directly from one of our highly knowledgeable staff members or our owner himself. You can get an estimate typically with-in a day or so depending upon the job size and how detailed it may need to be once we have come out to look over your property.  And we guarantee that you’ll have that estimate scheduled within 24 hours of calling us.

How long will my job take?

We guarantee that every job will be done in a day, in most cases, no matter how big or small– the bigger the job, the more workers we hire.  And there are almost no circumstances that will keep us from tying to making good on that pledge.

Are you bonded or licensed?

The state of Pennsylvania doesn’t require roofing contractors to be bonded, but we are registered with the state and insured specifically for roofing, something that we are proud to say stands us apart from the vast majority of contractors.

What do I do if there’s a problem with my roof once it’s installed?

We go out of our way to make sure you won’t have any problems, including offering a 10-year workmanship warranty on Silver Pledge jobs and a 25-year workmanship warranty on Golden Pledge jobs. Both warranties are backed by GAF. Should there ever be any kind of issues such as a leak, all you have to do is call our office, and we’ll schedule a service call.  We don’t want you to have to worry about the roof over your head!

Do you offer a warranty?

We certainly do. We offer two different warranties through GAF. The first warranty is the budget friendly Silver Pledge and is a 10 year workmanship warranty. The second warranty is the higher end Golden Pledge and is a 25-year workmanship warranty. All of our warranties are registered and in place from the moment your job is done.

What kind of precautions do you take while you’re on my property?

We pride ourselves on our cleanliness.  We guarantee that your property will look exactly the same when we finish as it did when we arrived.  To that end, we’ll cover your landscaping with tarps to keep it from being damaged, and we use specially equipped dumpsters called Equipters that can be positioned anywhere we need them so that we can keep the mess to a minimum.  We also have special shoots that attach directly to the roof to prevent missing the dumpster to avoid spilling debris, so you won’t have to worry about stray nails or wood splinters.  We even provide complimentary gutter cleaning so that your gutters are free of clogs!

Is there any time of year that I can’t schedule a roofing job?

Not really.  Except for the most brutal of winter weather, we don’t let anything slow us down other than snow/rain.  We’re available pretty much all year round, and we’ll get your job done in a day in most cases, no matter what!
